I am passionate about helping others navigate the difficult world of anxiety and I specialize in the treatment of OCD. I aim to provide a safe space where you can process and gain practical skills and tools to help reduce your anxiety.
​I received specialized training through the Behavioral Therapy Training Institute
I combine the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) to effectively treat OCD.

In-home or public meetings available for exposures as needed

Education and therapeutic support to loved ones as part of treatment (with consent/as desired)

OCD Treatment Fees (not covered by insurance)
Initial Session $250 (55 minutes)
Follow up Sessions $200 (55 minutes)
