I know the thought of group therapy might seem like the last thing on Earth you'd like to do but if you're willing to take a chance I think you'll find group to be a powerful way to learn and grow.

There really is something about being with others who share your struggle. My groups are short-term (generally, 10-12 weeks) and offer not only group support but also practical tools and strategies you can implement right away. I hope you'll take a chance and join me!
