The Cottage at 933 - Downtown
The Cottage at 933 is a private therapy practice offering individual therapy, adult therapy, child therapy, teen therapy, and couple therapy. Our downtown South Bend, Indiana location is in the Leighton Plaza Office Building .
Please read through this page carefully for directions and parking information. You should allow at least 15 extra minutes to navigate the parking garage and building for your first two appointments. Your therapist is most likely seeing clients back to back and will not be available by phone prior to your appointment time. If you do arrive more than 20 minutes late you may be asked to reschedule. We look forward to seeing you at our new location!

Parking
Street parking is available but most spots are one hour only.

The attached parking garage has free two hour parking.
You must enter the garage off of Jefferson (not Washington). Take the parking garage elevator to the main floor and then out to the Leighton building entrance.

Building
Please enter the building through the rotating door.

Once inside, take the elevator to the 4th floor.
From the elevator go left and then left again. (The double glass doors are the entrance to a law office. Go left at those doors.)
View if entering off the street from parking garage. Go straight and then right until you see the rotating glass door.
View if entering off of Main Street.
Go past until you see the rotating door.
If you see this door you're in the right place!
